Tracee Ellis Ross’s Former Hollywood Home Listed Again for $2.995 Million

The Spanish-style Los Angeles residence, which Ross owned for 20 years before selling it three years ago to the daughter of billionaire developer Sonny Khan, is back on the market.
Sonny Kahn’s daughter who is based in Florida is now marketing the 1930s West Hollywood home. Naomi Kahn and her husband Alec Mazliach engaged Jennifer Okhovat at Compass Real Estate to market the home on Monday.

Ross lived in the house from 2002 to 2022, according to a news release making the property available, before selling it to Kahn. The Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning actress was otherwise busy with her career during those years, starring in the eight-season run TV show « Girlfriends » before becoming the mother of four children at the center of another staple sitcom, « Black-ish, » which ran for eight seasons as well.
Ross, the daughter of pop singer Diana Ross, sold the house to Kahn in 2022 for $2.7 million, records indicate.
The four-bedroom, four-bath house sits at the bottom of Hillside Avenue on a cul-de-sac, with juliet balconies and Spanish-tiled patio lined with bougainvillea shrubs on the property.

Photos in listings show chic and vintage interiors with « original crown moldings, hardwood floors, and stain-glass windows that give the classic Hollywood feeling, » Okhovat said in the press release. « It has received a complete Hollywood transformation, with the original character of 1930s Spanish architecture preserved, » Okhovat added.
There is a fireplace in the family room, a kitchen breakfast nook with a bay window and gleaming marble countertops in the bathrooms. There is also a great amount of closet space in the house, according to Okhovat.
The Kahn family has just raked in $105 million from the sale of her father’s 50,000-square-foot Miami Beach estate this year. Sonny Kahn’s firm, Crescent Heights, had no comment to a request.
