A Traditional Christmas Touch in the Hills: Inside Kendall Jenner’s Holiday Home

While the Kardashian-Jenner family is known for their extravagant holiday displays, Kendall Jenner’s Los Angeles residence takes a notably different approach this season. Unlike her sister Kylie’s towering gold trees and polar bear sculptures, or Kim’s Whoville-inspired cream installations, Kendall embraces timeless holiday charm with natural garlands, pinecone accents, and classically decorated trees that complement her home’s organic character.

« The theme is Christmas, » Jenner states matter-of-factly when asked about her decorating philosophy. The 29-year-old supermodel’s commitment to tradition shines through in every carefully chosen detail, from the Sferra embroidered stockings adorning her mantel to a beloved vintage Santa Claus statue inherited from her mother, Kris.

The centerpiece of Jenner’s holiday display is particularly meaningful this year – a collection of cherished Christopher Radko ornaments passed down from her mother. « Growing up with them every year, they became so special to me, » Jenner shares, noting her excitement about eventually sharing these treasures with her own children while currently enjoying them with friends during her frequent entertaining.

Celebrity florist Jeff Leatham, who orchestrated this year’s decorations, has witnessed the family’s Christmas evolution firsthand. « The family has this love of Christmas and heavy, heavy tradition, which is so beautiful, » he reflects. Under his guidance, Jenner’s home showcases two distinctively decorated trees. The main living room tree sparkles with the inherited Radko ornaments, while the family room tree features a trendy bow motif, burgundy accents, and natural elements like acorns and pinecones.

Throughout the space, thoughtful touches reflect Jenner’s appreciation for vintage charm and personal meaning. A custom gingerbread house displays not only her name but also those of her beloved pets – including her Doberman pinscher Pyro and five horses. The dining table settings feature equestrian-themed Hermès Cheval d’Orient dessert plates, nodding to her passion for horses.

« If I had a modern home, I might go a little bit more modern, » Jenner explains about her decorating choices. « I’m following the vibe and the character that my house has—and vintage is just what my house screams. » This philosophy extends beyond seasonal decor to recent updates in her living spaces, including a cozy home theater and reimagined family room with custom touches that tell her personal story.

The overall effect is warm and inviting, with burning fireplaces and aromatic holiday scents creating an atmosphere that perfectly balances festive charm with personal meaning. It’s a space that proves holiday magic isn’t reserved for families with children – it’s for anyone who cherishes tradition and the joy of entertaining loved ones during the season.

From the courtyard’s simple light displays to the nostalgic dollhouse gifted by her mother last Christmas, every element in Jenner’s holiday home speaks to her appreciation for history, character, and meaningful celebration. It’s a refreshing reminder that sometimes the most impactful holiday decorating comes not from grand gestures, but from deeply personal touches that honor family tradition.
